I ordered the UV light for mouth and strips through TIKTOK. On the live show the audience were advised that they would receive a full new pack outwith the box of strips. In that particular live i won the gel pen. I waited for my order to only receive 1 box which i paid for. After contacting them MANY times they sent 6 little strips in the post. When i emailed them again i was advised thats all customers would even though they advertised differently. when i asked about the gel pen from the live i won i was told that they ran out ?????? Still waiting to this day. I nearly returned what i purchased because of the bad customer service but decided to just try it. the product is ok, the review is for the bad customer service

Still waiting… from back in December.. 1st email sent.. 5 days later got a reply to chase it myself. I chased it.. “we got ur delivery” Evri message. It’s now Feb.. still waiting. Finally messaged you on Facebook. got an update from Hi-Smile 5 days ago.. whoohoo I’m getting a replacement.. still waiting. Shocking. I would like a refund now tbh. I will go elsewhere. Not going to enjoy using this now

I have seen visible results after using the V34 colour correcting serum for about 2 months and especially after incorporating the PAP whitening strips. I really appreciate that the strips did not cause any tooth sensitivity or pain. I will continue to use this range to improve the shade of my smile - it motivates me to be more mindful of my oral health overall and reminds me to floss.

I used the PAP+ whitening strips, and they're not that great. Immediate but very temporary results, and main on the edges of the teeth.
The whitening effect disappears surprisingly quickly. I wouldn't bother buying them again, I'd probably just go to a proper dental clinic for a more comprehensive solution.

Extremely disappointed. Sent out my items twice as first vanished (evri courier company) both times lost. Unwilling to help. Will not reimburse although clearly haven't received as seen by Tracking only sent me a voucher to purchase item but doesn't cover postage. Please do not use this company

My husband's teeth were stained from coffee and smoking cigars he used the toothpaste 1 week and they look so much better. Buying more so we can both use.

I like the product and they work well I just have one small caveat. The pump on the toothpaste doesn’t work very well and it’s hard to get the last of the toothpaste out. Maybe mine was defective but that is my only complaint.

Great shipping times, I can’t believe how white the strips make your teeth, the purple toothpaste is great so is the pen! It bought the coconut flavoured toothpaste too, it tasted great!

Scam. Got the VIO405 kit with 6 refills on a black friday deal hoping to improve whiteness for wedding. On 5th tube there is no difference. Wasn't expecting the moon and luckily my teeth are decent as is. Didn't expect absolutely nothing though. Avoid!

I’ve tried the mango and coconut so far. I prefer the mango, but the coconut is still good. Tastes like a fresh, unsweetened coconut right from the shell.

Ordered, the order got stuck. Got told I had to deal with the delivery company and that they wouldn’t replace or refund me. The delivery company said to speak to hismile. They blanked me.

Dispute with bank filed.

Have done nothing but ignore all I’ve said.

I paid £6 for express delivery - I’m at a week later and the order still hasn’t even been prepared. Company is an absolute joke and offer services they don’t stick to. Save your money

In love with these products the mango toothpaste is amazing the flavour is insane makes teeth feel so clean and silky all day

I bought the entire toothpaste range (which was a great price). So far I’ve only used on of them (mango) and it was so nice! I love that it only releases a small amount out, which is just the right amount of paste. I enjoyed the flavour and felt like it cleaned my teeth well. One thing I do love is that I could eat straight after it without that gross taste that usually deters me from eating after brushing my teeth. I will 100% buy again, and am looking forward to trying out all the other flavours.

the product teeth whitening from hismile is an absolute scam, in the videos you see on insta they show how theeth become instantly whiter. after using it for 3 weeks every day it still had no effect at all. DO NOT BUY THIS
